  • Custom song creation based on scripture, events, or personal inspiration
  • Sheet music and sermon requests
  • Faith-based merchandise (e.g., apparel, mugs, magnets)

We reserve the right to update or modify our services at any time without notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including songs, lyrics, music, graphics, logos, and design—is the intellectual property of Sermon in a Song™ and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Custom songs created for customers may be used for personal or ministry purposes, but commercial distribution or resale without written permission is not allowed.

 

4. Custom Song Requests

When submitting a custom song request:

  • You affirm that the words, ideas, or themes provided are your own or that you have the right to use them.
  • Turnaround time for standard requests is typically 2–5 business days.
  • Rush requests (under 24 hours) may incur additional fees.
  • We retain the right to refuse content that is offensive, discriminatory, or inconsistent with our faith-based mission.

5. Refund Policy

Because of the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in the case of:

  • Duplicate orders
  • Order fulfillment errors (e.g., wrong file, missing content)

6. Merchandise Shipping

Faith-based merchandise is typically shipped within 14 business days. Tracking information will be provided when available. We are not responsible for delays due to postal service issues or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
